Ich sa\u00df nicht gem\u00fctlich am K\u00fcchentisch. Ich stand im Lager. Nach \u00fcber 40 Arbeitsjahren, die letzten 10 davon im Schichtdienst in der Logistik, habe ich an einem ganz normalen Arbeitstag gemerkt: Es geht einfach nicht mehr. Die Knochen taten weh, der Kopf war m\u00fcde und die Aussicht, das Ganze jetzt noch vier lange Jahre bis 67 durchzuziehen, f\u00fchlte sich an wie eine lebensl\u00e4ngliche Strafe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In diesem Moment fiel bei mir eine Entscheidung. Keine finanzielle Entscheidung, sondern eine emotionale Notbremse. Ich wusste: Ich muss raus aus diesem Hamsterrad.
